Exams access arrangements for GCSE and A-Levels

I work directly with school SENCOs to conduct Examination Access Arrangement Assessments, evaluating the need for extra time or other exam concessions at GCSE and A-Level. These can be privately commissioned or I am able to assess cohorts of pupils in Year 9 and above.

Diagnostic Assessment Report

My full diagnostic report can provide a comprehensive profile of a pupil’s strengths and weaknesses and offer tailored recommendations to provide essential information for Individual Education Plans (IEPs). It can also assist with classroom accommodations.

Initial dyslexia screener for early detection

I can undertake an initial dyslexia screener for pupils up to the age of 16 years. This may flag students who may be at risk for dyslexia or other reading/literacy difficulties, allowing for early intervention. However, please note only a formal diagnostic assessment can determine the presence of dyslexia.

Specialist in-school teaching services

I can, by arrangement, come in to school to provide specialist 1:1 teaching support for pupils who have dyslexia and co-existing specific learning difficulties like autism, dyspraxia, etc.
