About Saadia Ali
BSC(Hons), PG Cert BA, PGCE, QTS, AMBDA, SpLD APC
Hello, I’m Saadia, Founder of Beyond Barriers.
I am a fully qualified dyslexia assessor and specialist teacher, dedicated to working with students, parents, and schools to identify and support the unique learning profiles of children with dyslexia.
My experience as Head of Interventions and Head of English has given me a deep understanding of students’ learning profiles, strengths, and challenges, enabling me to provide the necessary support. I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse students and raising awareness of various Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs), whether through training staff or supporting parents.
I founded Beyond Barriers to provide understanding and support to children who learn differently.
I am committed to fostering growth in students by using multi-sensory techniques and creative strategies: these enhance retention and make learning more effective. I build strong rapport with my students and recognise the value of incorporating humour into the learning process.
If your child is struggling at school and experiencing issues with confidence and self-esteem, please contact me for a no-obligation chat about your child.
